I designed and built six no-code AI agents on Wrike's Agent Builder, each targeting a specific friction point: naming and data hygiene, SLA-based urgent alerts, task-level review reporting, and multi-variable approval and assignment routing beyond standard automation.

A single agent cut roughly 1.5+ hours of admin time per week for a client, measured on a live deployment. The 6 submissions earned a top-3 finish out of 20+ in Wrike's internal AI Agent Hackathon.

AGENT ONE

Add Wrike ID to Title

"Can Wrike make us job numbers?"

Wrike allows you to either have an ID number or unique title to items created from forms. This agent allows you to customize both of these without manual copy/paste.

Pre-fix New Item Titles

"Can new items be pre-fixed?

For any team that needs to add items after a request for is used and wants to bulk add pre-fixes. This works for any phase of a project.

Update Number of Reviews

"How can we track the quantity of reviews?

Proper data entry to get this granular level of detail is elusive. Many automations must be written to succeed.

Urgent Request Alert

"Can we get rush alert based on project SLAs?

How urgent is a request? If the SLA is 20 days and its asked for it in 15 vs. if it is 5 days and they ask for it in 2, what is higher priority?

Imagine sending an asset through approvals, but only for certain assets and channels.

My one piece of advice is to start with a real-life pain point or a specific use case with a clear output. When you solve a tangible problem, the value of the AI Agent becomes immediately clear to everyone involved.
