Consulting Performance Tracker

Solution Design & Development

Goal

Turn a database of consulting transcripts into an interactive, anonymized tracker/dashboard.

Using industry standard rubrics to score each call for overall client sentiment and consultant craft.

Design

In addition to industry scoring rubrics, I had Gemini Pro interview me to generate robust "About Me" consulting philosophy documentation.

These personal standards are also used as an additional rubric.

Development

To create the tracker I used Claude Cowork and Obsidian to design an interactive dashboard.

Connecting Claude to Wix added a final deployment layer to push the tracker to this website.

Delight

Each client, each call, each interaction is tracked against four rubrics.

Each score tells a story about how over a vast horizon of client use cases and needs here is a consultant who is service oriented and delivers.
